With a 14cm blade and 10cm handle, it's a compact, standard-size trainer for martial arts schools and self-defence classes, and a sensible starting point before moving to heavier or rigid trainers.

Which training knife should I choose?
This 24cm knife is the standard starter. The Rubber Combat Knife is heavier with a blood groove, and the polypropylene Training Dagger holds a rigid, realistic profile for precise technique.
Rubber or rigid polypropylene?
Rubber is softer on contact, which suits partnered drills. Rigid PP holds a crisper shape for precise technique work. Many schools use both.
