The Morgan 10kg Power Bag (V2 Core/Enduro Bag) is a fixed-load training bag built as a versatile alternative to med balls, dumbbells and barbells. It's a staple for metabolic conditioning, functional strength and combat sports training in MMA, Muay Thai, boxing and karate.
A versatile all-rounder for circuits, bootcamps and PT sessions โ heavy enough for cleans and squats, light enough for fast conditioning work.
Unlike sand-filled bags, it's packed with recycled rubber chip, so there's no leaking and the load stays consistent. Which weight should I choose?
Lighter bags (5-10kg) suit beginners, high-rep conditioning and rotational work; heavier bags (15-25kg) suit strength moves like cleans, squats and carries. Also available in 5kg, 15kg, 20kg, 25kg, or get all five in the Core Enduro Power Bags Set of 5.
Can I slam it?
It's built for lifting, carrying, swinging and throwing, and the foam jacket cushions drops. For repeated full-force floor slams, a dedicated slam ball is the better tool.
How do I store them?
