A cotton and elastic blend gives the wrap a slight stretch, so it moulds to the shape of your hand and holds firm through rounds. For most adults, yes. 4m gives enough length to wrap the wrist, cover the knuckles and lock off around the hand. If you have smaller hands or want a quicker wrap, the 2.75m Short Elastic Hand Wraps may suit you better.

What does "Mexican style" mean?
Mexican-style wraps include elastic in the weave, so they stretch slightly and contour to your hand. Traditional cotton wraps have no stretch.
