Which size gym ball do I need?
As a general guide, a 75cm ball suits taller users, roughly 180cm and over. Most people between about 165cm and 180cm are better on the 65cm Gym Ball. When you sit on the ball, your hips should be level with or slightly above your knees.
Does it come with a pump?
Yes. A foot pump and a spare nozzle are included, so you can inflate the ball to its full 75cm without buying anything extra.
Can I use it as a desk chair?
Yes. Many people use a gym ball as an active seat. Choose the right size for your height and desk so your hips sit level with or just above your knees.
How do I look after it?
Keep it away from sharp objects, heaters and direct sunlight, and wipe it clean after use. Check the surface for damage before each session.
