The Morgan Elbow Wraps give your elbows firm support, compression and comfort when you're lifting heavy or grinding out high reps. Wrap them on for bench press, overhead pressing and dips when you want extra confidence through the joint on PB attempts.
A pre-stitched loop sewn flat to one end lets you feed the wrap through and slide it on like a sleeve, then tighten it as much as you like. The long Velcro strip holds the end down so the wrap won't come apart mid-set, and the strong but softer elastic stays comfortable through long sessions.

How do I put them on?
Slide your hand through the pre-stitched loop and pull it up to just below the elbow, then wrap over the joint with even tension and secure the end with the Velcro.
How tight should they be?
Firm enough to feel supported, but not so tight that your forearm or hand tingles. Loosen or remove them between sets.
Are they a medical brace?
No. They're a training support for compression and comfort, not a medical device. If you have elbow pain or an injury, see a health professional before training.
