The floor-to-ceiling ball, also called a double-end bag, is a staple of every boxing studio. It rebounds fast after each punch, building hand speed, timing, coordination and the defensive reflexes to slip and counter. At 18cm x 18cm, the Morgan Aventus 8" ball is sized to replicate an adult head, so every rep trains real head-shot accuracy.

It's made from synthetic leather tested for UV and mildew resistance, so it can be used indoors or out, with 10cm riveted attachment straps at each end. The included double-stitched, adjustable elasticated nylon straps with a rubber bungee cord let you set the height and tension for faster or slower rebound.

This product is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover wear from normal training use, including surface impact wear and strap stretch over time. Frequently Asked Questions

Which Aventus ball should I choose?
The 8" is the all-rounder, sized like a real head target. The 6" Target ball is smaller and harder to hit, for advanced accuracy work. The cylinder Floor to Ceiling Ball (35 x 16cm) gives the biggest, most forgiving target.

What do I need to set it up?
The ball and straps are included, but floor and ceiling fixing points are not. You'll need a secure anchor at each end, such as a Multi Purpose Anchor Point or a Rope Anchor, fixed into solid structure.

How tight should the straps be?
Start with moderate tension and the ball at chin to eye height. More tension gives a faster rebound for speed work, less tension gives a slower return while you find your timing.
