Sting K1 Exercise Training Glove

Sting K1 Exercise Training Glove

Diamond Cool Weave Top | Reinforced Aniline Leather Palm | Cushioned Inserts | Sold as a Pair

The Sting K1 is a lightweight training glove for weightlifting, strength work and general gym sessions. It protects the palm from calluses and bar knurl, adds grip on dumbbells, cables and machines, and keeps hands cool with a breathable Diamond Cool Weave top, without the bulk of a padded lifting glove.

The palm is reinforced with aniline leather for durability and grip, with cushioned inserts under the pressure points to take the sting out of long sets. Grip Flex expansion joints over the knuckles let the fingers move naturally, an elasticised top holds the glove snug, and a hook-and-loop wrist closure gives an adjustable fit.

Specifications

Sizing

Measure around your palm at the widest point (below the knuckles, excluding the thumb). As a guide: Small approx. 17-19cm, Medium 19-21cm, Large 21-23cm, XLarge 23-25cm. If you're between sizes, go up for comfort or down for a snug lifting fit.

Warranty

Sting Sports products carry a 180-day (6 month) manufacturer's warranty from the date of invoice, covering the structural integrity of the product - major production faults and damage present before delivery - when used for its intended purpose with reasonable care. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage, misuse, improper storage in moist conditions or direct sunlight, poor maintenance, or alterations. Full terms are on our Warranty Policy page. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are they padded enough for heavy lifting?
The K1 has cushioned palm inserts for comfort but is built light for grip and feel. For heavy pulls where grip is the limit, add lifting straps or lifting hooks.

Do they have wrist support?
The hook-and-loop closure keeps the glove snug but isn't a wrist wrap. For wrist stability on presses, pair them with the Sting Power Pro Wrist Cuff.

Can I wash them?
Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent and air dry away from direct heat. Don't machine wash or tumble dry, which can stiffen the leather palm.
