Why handles over floor push-ups?
Neutral wrists and a deeper range of motion - more chest, less wrist pinch.
Do they slide on floorboards?
No - the non-slip feet grip hard floors and mats alike.
What else can I do with them?
Elevated planks, knee raises and deep push-up variations.
