Why 20 degrees?
A steeper angle than rubber blocks - maximum depth assistance for limited ankles and quad-focused squatting.
Steel or rubber?
Steel never compresses under heavy loads; the rubber block suits wider stances and general use.
What else are they for?
Heel-elevated split squats, calf stretching and tibialis work.
