The Fitness Hero Aerobic Step gives you an ideal cardiovascular workout — strengthening the legs and working the heart and lungs — while leaving the upper body free to work independently, or at the same time as you perform stepping exercises. Step-ups, elevated push-ups, Bulgarian split squats, box step-overs and full step classes all run off this one platform.

The interlocking riser blocks take the platform from 15cm up to 20cm or 25cm, and clip securely under the unit when not in use, so nothing rolls around the studio floor between classes.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I change the height?
Clip the interlocking riser blocks under each end — the platform runs 15cm on its own, 20cm with the first set and 25cm with both. Blocks store securely under the deck when not in use.

Can I use it with weights?
Yes — with a 300kg capacity it comfortably handles weighted step-ups and box squats with dumbbells or a loaded bar.

Will it slip on timber or tiles?
The non-skid floor pads grip on timber, tiles, rubber and carpet, and the decking surface keeps your feet planted even mid-class when things get sweaty.
