The cup sits in a heavy-duty mesh pocket with a hook-and-loop closure, so you can take it out and wear the shorts as plain compression shorts for strength or conditioning work.

Can I wear the shorts without the cup?
Yes. Take the cup out of the mesh pocket and they work as regular compression shorts.
How do I wash them?
Remove the cup first, then wash the shorts. Wipe the cup clean and let both dry fully before the next session.
How do I choose a size?
Use the size guide below. Compression shorts should feel firm. If you're between sizes, choose by waist measurement.
Do they suit grappling?
Yes. The cup stays in place under a gi or fight shorts, which suits MMA, BJJ and wrestling as well as striking.
