The T-MAX Dip / Chin Up Assist turns the two best upper-body exercises into movements every member can do. Kneel on the counterbalanced pad, pin the amount of help you need, and train chins and dips with full range and strict form — then pin less help as you get stronger, until you don't need any.

The 100kg pin-loaded stack counterweights your bodyweight, so more pinned weight means more assistance. The frame is 11-gauge carbon steel at a towering 332kg assembled and 2250mm tall, with polyurethane foam pads and premium PU leather built for all-day commercial use.

Every T-MAX Series machine can be built to order to match your facility: choose from 16 frame colours and 12 upholstery colours, with custom logo branding available on request. Weight stacks can be upgraded to 140kg at $10 per kilogram.

Production typically takes around 14 days, with 4–6 weeks shipping to our Sydney warehouse — an estimated 8–12 weeks start to finish. Direct-to-site delivery can also be arranged.

What muscles does it work?
Chin-ups hit the lats, biceps and mid-back; dips hit the chest, triceps and front delts — two of the biggest compound movements in one station.

How does the assistance work?
The stack counterweights you through the knee pad: pin more weight for more help, less as you get stronger. It's the opposite of a normal machine — the pin sets how much of your bodyweight you don't have to lift.

Assist machine or resistance bands?
Both have their place — the TY24 gives consistent, measurable assistance through the whole rep, where bands help most at the bottom and vanish at the top, and there's no climbing in and out of a stretched band.

Can I choose my own colours?
