The Fitness Hero Commercial Grade Power Rack is professionally crafted from thick 60 x 60 x 2mm high-grade steel — the ideal centrepiece for any boutique or home gym. The four-post cage design puts safety first: lift heavy inside the rack with box-bar safety catches rated to 300kg, no spotter required.

A multi-grip pull-up station tops the frame, adjustable J-hooks and safety arms set your bar height for squats, presses and rack pulls, and integrated Olympic plate storage keeps the whole station tidy. Add the lat and seated row attachment and it becomes a complete home gym in one footprint.

FAQs

How much ceiling height do I need?
The rack stands 214cm tall, so it clears a standard 2.4m ceiling with room for the pull-up bar — taller users should allow head clearance above the bar for full pull-ups. Note the dimensions are for the rack alone; the lat attachment adds height, so check its listing if you're pairing them under a low ceiling.

What are the weight ratings?
Box-bar safety catches 300kg, J-hooks 250kg, safety bar holders 250kg — commercial-grade margins for serious home lifting.

Can I train alone safely?
That's the point of a full cage — set the box-bar safeties just below your range of motion and a failed squat or bench rep lands on 300kg-rated steel, not on you.

What's included in the box?
The rack, 2 x J-hooks, 2 x box-bar safety catches, 4 x plate storage pegs, the Olympic bar holder and all assembly hardware. Barbell and plates are sold separately. It ships in two cartons totalling around 97kg — have a second pair of hands ready for assembly.

Does it fit Olympic and standard plates?
Yes — the four storage pegs adjust to suit both Olympic and standard plates.

Black or blue?
Same rack, same spec — textured matte black for the classic look, blue if you want the frame to stand out.
