Not for what it's built for — speed waves, endurance rounds and technique work. If you want heavier, slower waves that hit like sled pushes, step up to the 38mm all-rounder or the 50mm grip-builder.

How do I anchor it?
Loop it around a rack upright or pole — or do it properly with our Battle Rope Anchor Point, which bolts down and protects the rope's midpoint from wear.
