Either. The brace has a universal design, so the same brace fits the left or right ankle. Order two if you want support on both sides.

Which size should I choose?
The brace is designed around US men's shoe size 9-11. Choose Medium for a slimmer foot and ankle and Large for a bigger build. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help.

Can I wear it inside my shoe?
Yes. It's low profile and fits under most training shoes, and the straps adjust without unlacing or taking your shoe off.
