15m Battle Rope [38mm]

15m Battle Rope | 38mm

Longer Rope. Heavier Waves. Commercial-Grade Conditioning.

The commercial-grade battle rope from Fitness Hero is an ideal tool for cardio and conditioning — waves, slams and spirals engage nearly every muscle group while burning up to 10 calories per minute. At 15m, this is the full-length gym standard: more rope in motion means heavier resistance per wave than the 12m at the same 38mm all-round thickness.

Built from strong three-strand Terylene (polyester) in black and orange, with heat-shrink PVC grips sealed over each end for a secure, sweat-proof hold.

Key Features

• 15m length — 7.5m working distance when anchored at the midpoint
• 38mm thickness — the all-round standard for conditioning work
• Strong three-strand Terylene (polyester) construction, black and orange
• Heat-shrink PVC grip handles — secure hold, sealed rope ends
• Commercial-grade build for gyms, PT studios and bootcamps

Frequently Asked Questions

12m or 15m?
15m is the commercial floor standard — more rope in motion, heavier waves, and 7.5m of working distance. Choose the 12m if your space is under 7m.

How do I anchor it?
Loop it around a rack upright or pole — or do it properly with our Battle Rope Anchor Point, which bolts down and protects the rope's midpoint from wear.
