Rotation is the movement every sport runs on and almost no machine trains. The Legacy Series Rotary Torso isolates the obliques and core rotators directly: seated and braced against contoured hip and arm pads, you rotate the torso against the stack through a controlled arc - twist strength, built progressively, with the spine aligned the whole way.
The adjustable start position sets a customisable range for the left and right side independently, so both directions get equal work. One pin on the 100kg enclosed stack scales it from rehab-gentle to athlete-strong.
Built on a 3mm reinforced steel frame at 251kg in a compact footprint, it's the station that completes a serious core zone.

What muscles does the rotary torso machine work?
The obliques and deep core rotators - the muscles that twist the torso and brace it against twisting. Both matter: one generates rotation, the other protects the spine from it.
Why train rotation on a machine?
Free-weight rotation drills are hard to load and easy to cheat. The machine braces the hips, isolates the twist, and loads it in measurable steps - left and right trained equally.
Is it safe for the lower back?
The contoured pads keep the spine aligned and the hips fixed, so the rotation happens in the torso where it belongs. Set a conservative range to start - the adjustable start position makes that easy.
Is it beginner-friendly?
Yes - set the range, pick a light pin, rotate under control. It's one of the simplest machines on the floor to learn.
What pairs well with it?
Run it with the Legacy Ab Crunch and Legacy Back Extension for the complete core circuit - flexion, extension and rotation.
Can I upgrade the weight stack?
Yes - on made-to-order builds the 100kg stack can be increased to 140kg at $10 per kilogram. Get in touch to spec it.

Commercial Grade custom made to order products
You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.
Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.
Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.
Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks

Some of our ranges are fully colour customisable to suit your needs - 16 frame colours and 12 upholstery colours. Just get in touch when ordering to let us know which colour you require and we will do the rest.
