With the upper arms braced on the supported arm pad, there's nowhere for momentum to hide - no swinging, no shoulder takeover, just the biceps moving the load through a fluid, guided arc from full stretch to full squeeze.

That's what a curl machine does better than any dumbbell: it keeps tension on the muscle through the whole range, including the stretch at the bottom where free-weight curls go slack. The adjustable seat lines every lifter's elbows up with the pivot, and one-pin changes on the 100kg stack keep the station moving on busy floors.

Built on a 3mm commercial steel frame at 270kg with a fully enclosed weight stack and maintenance-free pulleys, it's a premium arm station made for daily use.

Machine curls or dumbbell curls - which builds bigger biceps?
The machine wins on strictness and tension: the arm pad removes the body-english that creeps into free-weight curls, and the guided arc keeps resistance on the biceps at the bottom of the rep where dumbbells go light. Most serious arm programs run both.

What muscles does it work?

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
