The Synergy Series Seated Preacher Curl Bench is where curls get honest. The angled arm pad locks the upper arms in place, taking the swing, the lean-back and the shoulder takeover out of the movement - what's left is pure biceps, through the full range.

The adjustable seat sets lifters of any height at the correct pad position, and the wide 100x50x3mm commercial steel frame keeps the station planted under loaded EZ-bars and heavy dumbbell work. High-density foam under premium PU upholstery handles the daily traffic of a busy arm corner.

At 1340 x 780mm it earns its floor space in any facility - the strictest curl in the gym, on a station built to commercial grade.

Why preacher curls over standing curls?
The pad removes momentum. With the upper arms fixed, you can't swing the weight up or lean back through the sticking point - the biceps do all of it, which is exactly why preacher curls build arms so reliably.

What bars does it suit?
EZ-curl bars are the classic pairing, but straight bars and single dumbbells work just as well - the pad doesn't care what's in your hands.

Is it beginner-friendly?
Very - the seated, supported position makes it one of the easiest stations to learn, and it scales from an empty bar to heavy loaded work.

Can I customise the frame and upholstery?

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
