The Synergy Series Flat Bench is the piece every program starts on - and the one that takes the most punishment. At 36kg it plants itself under heavy dumbbell and barbell work without a wobble, with a wide, stable base and a low 430mm pad height that lets lifters drive through the floor.

The build is straight commercial: a 100x50x3mm steel frame, high-density foam padding under premium PU upholstery that handles shared daily use, and a handle with rear transport wheels so staff can reposition it in seconds. Simple, heavy and honest - the flat bench a free-weights floor is built around.

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks

Some of our ranges are fully colour customisable to suit your needs - 16 frame colours and 12 upholstery colours. Just get in touch when ordering to let us know which colour you require and we will do the rest.
