The Synergy Series Fixed Upright Multi-Purpose Bench is the dumbbell area's seated workhorse: a fixed 90-degree backrest that locks the torso in for seated shoulder presses, strict bicep curls and overhead tricep extensions - any movement that gets better when the back can't cheat.
A fixed upright means no adjustment hardware to flex or rattle under load - just a 100x50x3mm commercial steel frame, a wide stable base, and high-density foam padding under premium PU upholstery that stands up to shared daily use. At a compact 28kg with rear transport wheels, it tucks beside the dumbbell rack and moves in seconds.

Why a fixed upright instead of an adjustable bench?
For seated pressing, fixed wins: the 90-degree backrest can't slip a notch, there's no adjustment hardware to rattle under load, and the price and footprint stay smaller. Facilities run fixed uprights for shoulder work and keep adjustables for incline angles.

Commercial Grade custom made to order products
You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.
Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.
Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.
Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
