The Synergy Series Chin Up / Dip Station is the full-size power tower for floors that take bodyweight training seriously: a multi-grip chin-up bar up top, angled dip handles mid-frame, and a knee-raise station with high-density back pad and arm supports - three stations stacked into one 1.5m footprint.
The details are what make it commercial: wide, neutral and narrow grip positions cover every pulling style, the dip handles angle for joint-friendly wrist and shoulder positioning, and the padded knee-raise station keeps core work strict instead of swinging.
At 89kg of commercial steel standing 2210mm tall, it's planted under kipping, weighted dips and all-day traffic - with no cables, stacks or pulleys to ever maintain.

What grips does the chin-up bar offer?
Wide, narrow and neutral positions - enough variety to train every pulling angle and keep grip strength progressing.
How is this different from the Synergy VKR / Dip Station (TB47)?
This tower is the full-size version: taller, heavier, with a bigger multi-grip bar array. The TB47 VKR / Dip Station is the compact 1600mm-high option for lower ceilings and tighter floors.
Is it beginner-friendly?
Yes - knee raises and supported dips scale down for beginners, and the same frame carries members through to weighted work.
Can I customise the frame and upholstery?
Yes - made-to-order builds are available in 16 frame colours and 12 upholstery colours on an 8-12 week lead time. See the full colour chart below.

Commercial Grade custom made to order products
You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.
Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.
Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.
Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks

Some of our ranges are fully colour customisable to suit your needs - 16 frame colours and 12 upholstery colours. Just get in touch when ordering to let us know which colour you require and we will do the rest.
