The Synergy 4 Station Jungle Gym puts four of the most-used cable stations on a gym floor onto one 2.7 x 2.5m footprint, each with its own weight stack - so four members can train at once without waiting on each other.

You get a lat pulldown with seat and thigh hold, a seated low row with foot plates, a high pulley for tricep pushdowns and straight-arm work, and an adjustable-height cable column that covers everything from curls and face pulls to single-arm rows and woodchops. Three 100kg stacks and one 80kg stack sit inside the frame with the cables routed through the uprights, so the unit stays compact and tidy from every side.

For a new gym it's the fastest way to open a full cable zone; for an existing one it replaces four single machines with one that takes less floor and moves more members through. Built on 50 x 100mm commercial steel tube at 820kg, it's made to anchor a strength floor for years.

What exercises can I do on it?

Can four people really use it at the same time?
Yes - each station has its own stack and its own pulley path, so nothing is shared. Four users, four workouts, no waiting.

4 station or 8 station - which should I choose?

How much space and ceiling height do I need?
The frame is 2690 x 2490mm and stands 2700mm tall. Allow a user's working space on each of the four sides - roughly a metre - and check ceiling height, as 2.7m is taller than most residential rooms.

Can I upgrade the weight stacks?
Yes - on made-to-order builds each stack can be increased to 140kg at $10 per kilogram. Get in touch to spec it.

Can I customise the frame and upholstery?

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.
