Sit braced, take the handles from the low start position, and pull through to the hips — the angle biases the lower lats and mid-back, building the thickness pulldowns can't, with the seated position keeping the lower back out of the argument.

The Olympic plate-loaded system scales as far as your strongest lifters can pull, and precision bearings keep every rep smooth and controlled under maximum load.
