The Solaris Incline Pec Fly goes after the hardest part of the chest to build - the clavicular (upper) pectorals - with an inclined, converging fly arc that mimics the dumbbell fly's stretch and squeeze while keeping the body fully supported and the movement under control.

By removing the momentum and stabiliser demands of free-weight flys, it delivers a pure chest contraction with constant tension through the full range - and because it's Olympic plate loaded, resistance scales as far as your strongest lifters can take it, with no stack to outgrow.

Built from heavy-duty commercial steel with an adjustable seat and ergonomic high-density arm pads, it's made for bodybuilders, strength athletes and high-volume commercial floors.

What muscles does it target?
Primarily the upper chest (clavicular pectorals), with the front delts assisting through the arc.

How is this different from a flat fly or chest press?
The incline angle shifts the emphasis to the upper chest - the region flat flys and presses tend to miss - and unlike a press, the fly keeps constant tension on the pecs without triceps takeover. Press for load, fly for the stretch, squeeze and detail.

Is it beginner-friendly?
Yes - the guided arc makes strict form the default and removes the risky loaded-stretch position of dumbbell flys, while still scaling to advanced hypertrophy work.

What plates does it take?
Standard Olympic (50mm) plates - the same plates as the rest of your floor. Plates are sold separately; add them to your order and we will freight everything together.

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.
