The Solaris Glute & Hip Thrust Machine is the purpose-built answer: an adjustable cushioned hip pad, a textured non-slip foot platform, and a stable back support at exactly the right height, so every rep starts from the same locked-in position.

Load it with a barbell, add resistance bands on the integrated pegs, or run both together for accommodating resistance - the setup serious glute programs are built on. No bench sliding, no climbing around a loaded bar, no guesswork.

What muscles does it target?
Primarily the glutes, with the hamstrings, hip muscles and core stabilisers assisting - the hip thrust loads the glutes more directly than any squat variation.

Can I load it with a barbell?
Yes - the platform is designed for barbell hip thrusts, and the integrated band pegs add accommodating resistance on top. Bar and plates are sold separately; add them to your order and we will freight everything together.

Why not just use a bench?
A flat bench slides, sits at the wrong height for most people, and makes getting under a loaded bar awkward. The purpose-built station fixes the setup so the working sets - not the setup - are the hard part.

Is it adjustable for different users?
Yes - the cushioned hip pad adjusts to suit users of all sizes and keep alignment correct.

Is it beginner-friendly?
Absolutely - the supported position makes the hip thrust one of the safest heavy lower-body lifts to learn, and bands alone are a perfect starting load.

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.
