The Solaris 75-Degree Incline Bench holds the one angle every free-weight area needs and most adjustable benches wobble at: a near-upright 75 degrees, the sweet spot for seated dumbbell shoulder presses. The fixed angle means no pin to slip and no ladder to rattle - just a solid back pad that keeps the spine supported while the delts work.

It earns its spot beyond press day too: incline curls from the same seat stretch the biceps harder than standing work, and the upright pad backs overhead triceps extensions and seated core movements. Transport wheels and a handle mean it rolls to the dumbbell rack and back without lifting.

Built from commercial-grade steel at 28kg with high-density foam padding, it's a compact bench made for busy free-weight floors and serious home gyms.

What is a 75-degree bench actually for?
Mainly the seated dumbbell shoulder press - 75 degrees supports the back while keeping the delts, not the chest, doing the pressing. It's also the best seat in the gym for incline curls and overhead triceps work.

Why fixed instead of adjustable?
A fixed bench has no adjustment pins, ladders or moving joints - nothing to rattle, slip or wear under heavy daily use. If the angle you need is 75 degrees, the fixed bench is the stronger, more stable tool.

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
