The T-Max Shoulder / Chest Press is two stations in one footprint: a seated chest press and a shoulder press built into a single pin-loaded frame. Adjust the position and you've switched from horizontal pressing for the chest to vertical pressing for the delts - no second machine, no second slab of floor space.

The 100kg pin-loaded stack makes weight changes instant - pull the pin, move it, press - which keeps the station moving during peak hours and makes drop sets effortless. The guided path lets members press hard without a spotter, safely, at any experience level.

Built on 11-gauge carbon steel at 277kg with polyurethane padding, it's a commercial workhorse designed for the busiest section of the floor - and one of the smartest space plays in the T-Max range.

How does one machine do both presses?
The press arms and seat adjust between two positions - a horizontal path for chest pressing and a vertical path for shoulder pressing. Switching takes seconds, so one member can superset both movements or two can rotate through.

What muscles does it work?
Chest press position: pecs, front delts and triceps. Shoulder press position: front and side delts with triceps. Between the two settings it covers the full upper-body pressing pattern.

Is it suitable for beginners?
Yes - the pin-loaded stack and guided path make it one of the safest ways to press heavy without a spotter, while still loading up enough for advanced lifters.

Can I upgrade the weight stack?
Yes - on made-to-order builds the standard 100kg stack can be increased to 140kg at $10 per kilogram. Worth it for strength-focused floors where the presses get pushed hard.

Can I customise the frame and upholstery?

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
