The Reload Pro Series Power Rack is the anchor piece of a serious strength floor. Heavy 50 x 100 x 3.0mm steel uprights and a 148kg frame mean it stays planted when you're squatting heavy, and the multi-hole upright pattern lets you set J-hooks and safety arms precisely where your lifts need them.

It ships ready to train: 2 J-hooks, 2 adjustable spotter arms for catching a failed rep, a multi-grip pull-up bar rated to 200kg, and 8 weight plate storage tubes that take 500kg per side - so your plates live on the rack instead of on the floor.

Squats, bench, overhead press, rack pulls, pull-ups and pin work all run off one frame, which is why a rack like this is usually the first thing that goes into a gym and the last thing that needs replacing.

What's included in the box?
The rack frame, 2 J-hooks, 2 adjustable spotter arms, the multi-grip pull-up bar and 8 weight plate storage tubes. A barbell and plates are sold separately.

Can I train heavy without a spotter?
Yes - that's what the spotter arms are for. Set them just below your bottom position on squats or bench and a failed rep has somewhere safe to land.

How much space do I need?
The footprint is 1610 x 1700mm and it stands 2410mm tall. Allow ceiling clearance above the pull-up bar and room either side for loading plates. Check your ceiling height before ordering - at 2.41m it needs a taller-than-average garage.

Does it need to be bolted down?
At 148kg with plates loaded on the storage tubes it's stable for normal training. For high-traffic commercial floors or heavy kipping pull-ups we'd recommend bolting it down - our install team can handle that.

What barbell and plates should I get with it?
Any standard 20kg Olympic bar suits. See our 20kg Olympic barbell and Olympic plates; add them to your order and we'll freight it all together.

Can I customise the colours?
Yes - made-to-order builds are available in 16 frame colours and 12 upholstery colours on an 8-12 week lead time. See the full colour chart below.

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
