Chin-ups and dips are the two best upper-body movements in the gym - and the two most members can't do. The Reload Assisted Dip / Chin Machine fixes that: kneel on the counterweighted pad, select the assistance off the pin stack, and perform full-range chin-ups and dips with perfect form from day one.

Progression on this machine runs backwards, and that's the point - as you get stronger, you select less weight, until one day the pad stays folded and the rep is all yours. For a commercial floor it turns the two most intimidating movements in the gym into something every member can train, not just the strong few.

Built on an 11-gauge carbon steel frame at 304kg with polyurethane foam pads and premium PU leather, in a footprint of just 1.2m x 1.1m - a complete upper-body station in barely more than a square metre of floor.

How does the assistance actually work?
You kneel on a counterweighted pad connected to the pin stack. The weight you select pushes up against your bodyweight, so a heavier selection makes the chin-up or dip easier. Getting stronger means selecting less - the machine gives you a number for exactly how close you are to a full bodyweight rep.

Is 96kg of assistance enough?
For almost every user, yes - that's near-full bodyweight support for most members. If you're supporting larger members who need more assistance getting started, the stack can be increased to 140kg at $10 per kilogram - just ask when ordering.

What muscles does it train?
Chin-ups and pull-ups build the lats, upper back and biceps; dips build the chest, front shoulders and triceps. Between the two grips you cover most of the upper body on one machine.

Is it suitable for beginners?
It's built for them - full-range chin-ups and dips with as much help as needed, and a clear path from first assisted rep to first bodyweight rep. It's equally useful for advanced lifters doing high-volume accessory sets.

Will it fit my space?
The footprint is only 1.2m x 1.1m, but the frame stands 2.2m tall - check your ceiling height, and allow clearance above for the chin-up position.

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
