The QLI QSRF01 builds a guided barbell into a commercial half rack. The bar rides on chrome guide rods beside each upright, so every squat, press and row tracks the same controlled path — the setup that lets members and PT clients load up with confidence when there's no spotter on hand.

Twist-to-rack hooks hold the bar on the uprights at multiple heights, adjustable front safety arms add a second catch point, and a multi-grip pull-up bar spans the top. Rear storage horns keep Olympic plates off the floor and within reach, and the 159kg steel frame is rated to 250kg.

Can I see it before I buy?
Yes — the QSRF01 is on the floor at our Villawood showroom. Come in and run the guided bar through a few reps before you commit.

Is the QSRF01 a Smith machine?
It works on the same principle: the built-in bar travels on vertical chrome guide rods, so the bar path is fixed and controlled, and twist hooks let you rack it at multiple heights. Unlike a stand-alone Smith, it's built into a half rack frame with front safety arms and a multi-grip pull-up bar.

What exercises can I do on it?
Guided squats, split squats and lunges; flat, incline and shoulder presses with an adjustable bench; rows, shrugs and calf raises — plus pull-ups, chin-ups and hanging stretches on the top grips.

Is the barbell included?
Yes — the guided bar is built into the frame. Weight plates and benches are sold separately; see the links below to complete your setup.

What's the weight capacity?
QLI rates the QSRF01 to 250kg.

How much space and ceiling height do I need?
The overall footprint is 2200 × 1650mm and the frame stands 2359mm tall. It fits under a standard 2.4m ceiling, but only just — for pull-ups on the top grips, allow around 2.7m. Leave room either side to load plates onto the bar.

Does the price include GST?
Yes — all prices on our site include GST, and businesses receive a tax invoice to claim the GST credit.
