The QLI Safety Spotter Arms QSA024 make training on power racks, squat racks and power cages safer, holding the barbell securely and catching it when a lift stalls or has to stop suddenly.

Twist and pull an arm to adjust it, set it at the height you want with the safety catches, and the pin lock keeps it stable. They are built from high-quality steel with rubber padding to absorb shock and support the weight.
