The QLI Pro-Axis Seated Row QPASR54 trains the back from a supported, seated position. The contoured chest pad supports different back and shoulder angles to hold posture and reduce pressure, while the pivoting row arms guide every pull on a smooth path.

QLI's adaptive 5-level Pro-Axis system synchronises resistance with natural body motion for uninterrupted training. The seat height adjusts for a wide range of body types, the weight can be changed from the seated position so sets keep their rhythm, and the compact frame fits both high-traffic gyms and smaller studios. The 140kg stack changes with the quick-release pin.
