The QLI Hip Press QHP092 is a dedicated glute builder for the lower-body zone. It isolates and strengthens the glutes with a safe, specialised pressing movement, and it can be trained with one leg or both — so users can work each side on its own or load the whole lower body.

The back and seat cushions adjust through multiple positions, and the seat frame folds up, down or extends to suit different body sizes and ranges of motion. Large non-slip footplates allow a wide range of foot placements, flip-in and flip-out locks make it simple to set up and finish a set, and multiple plate holders keep weights organised beside the machine.
