The QLI Adjustable Lever Arms QALA80 attach to rack frames or multi-function units, adding a smooth, stable, arcing resistance path for a wide variety of compound and isolation exercises — from presses and squats to rows.

Sliding blocks make them easy to attach and position at different points on the frame, and solid non-slip handles give a stable, comfortable grip through every rep.
