The Legacy Shoulder & Chest Press puts the two biggest upper-body presses on one frame. Dual starting-position handles switch the machine between a chest press and a shoulder press in seconds - no pin ladders to climb through, no second machine to buy, no second footprint on the floor.

Independent arm press handles keep the movement path natural and both sides honest, while the adjustable backrest and seat line each user up correctly for whichever press they're running. One pin on the 100kg enclosed stack and the next member is pressing.

Built on a 3mm reinforced steel frame with a fully enclosed stack, it's the space-saving answer for floors that want full pressing coverage without two machines.

How does one machine do both presses?
The dual starting-position handles change where the press begins - mid-chest height for the chest press, shoulder height for the overhead press - and the adjustable seat and backrest set the body angle to match.

Is a combo machine as good as two dedicated machines?
For most floors, yes - the pressing mechanics are the same, and the trade-off is purely space and budget. High-volume floors that queue on pressing stations may still want the dedicated Legacy Chest Press and Legacy Shoulder Press as well.

What muscles does it work?
Chest press: pecs, front delts and triceps. Shoulder press: delts and triceps. Between them, the complete upper-body push.

Is it beginner-friendly?
Yes - both presses run on a guided, back-supported path, and the pin stack starts light.

Can I upgrade the weight stack?
Yes - on made-to-order builds the 100kg stack can be increased to 140kg at $10 per kilogram. Get in touch to spec it.

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks

Some of our ranges are fully colour customisable to suit your needs - 16 frame colours and 12 upholstery colours. Just get in touch when ordering to let us know which colour you require and we will do the rest.

Weight stack upgrades: stacks can be increased to 140kg at $10 per kilogram.
