Why a machine lateral raise instead of dumbbells?
Two reasons: tension and honesty. The cammed path keeps resistance on the delts through the whole arc - dumbbells only load the top half - and the fixed movement removes the swing and shrug that creep into free-weight raises. Most lifters feel their side delts working harder here at lighter loads.

What do the independent arms do?
Each arm lifts its own resistance, so both shoulders develop evenly - a stronger side can't quietly do the weaker side's work, which happens constantly with fixed-bar machines.

What muscles does it work?
The medial (side) deltoid is the target - the muscle that builds shoulder width. Front delts and upper traps assist as stabilisers.

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.
