The White Knight Thai Pads are designed for intermediate to advanced coaches who need dependable impact management without excessive weight during demanding sessions. Hand-crafted from super-rich microfibre polyurethane, each medium-sized pad weighs approximately 1kg — a balanced combination of protection, manoeuvrability and control for fast combinations, power striking and endurance rounds.
A substantial Quad Core 10cm layered padding system forms the foundation of each pad, reinforced by an additional 5mm E45 layer across the primary strike zone. The solid 3cm gripping handle, ergonomic scissor-cut profile and 15mm wrist padding stabilise the pad against the forearm, while dual 5cm hook-and-loop straps with four-way riveted construction hold a secure coaching fit through repeated punches, kicks, knees and elbows.

Thai pads or focus mitts?
Thai pads strap to the forearm and absorb full-power kicks, knees and elbows as well as punches — they're the pad for Muay Thai and kickboxing rounds. Focus mitts are hand-held and suit boxing-focused speed and accuracy work.
Are these heavy to hold for long rounds?
At approx. 1kg per pad they sit at the lighter end for a 10cm-thick Thai pad — the scissor-cut profile and 15mm wrist padding are designed exactly for coaches holding high-volume, back-to-back rounds.
Do they need breaking in?
The Quad Core padding arrives firm and settles over the first few sessions of solid work — normal for layered-core Thai pads, and it's where the pad finds its sweet spot.
How do I look after them?
Wipe down with a damp cloth after sessions and air dry away from direct sun — the microfibre PU outer cleans easily and holds its finish.
