The White Knight Focus Pads are designed for experienced coaches working with intermediate to advanced fighters where speed, accuracy and training volume matter. Hand-crafted from super-rich microfibre polyurethane, these medium-sized pads combine a lightweight feel with a compact 25.5cm target — fast combinations and extended pad rounds with less forearm and elbow fatigue.
Internally, a Quad Core layered padding system is reinforced with a 5mm E45 sheet across the target area for extra shock absorption. An ergonomic wrist cut-out, 5mm wrist padding and full-palm gripping dome give the holder stability and control when receiving strikes, while flexible knuckle and finger panels let the hand tighten and release naturally through pad work.

Focus pads or Thai pads?
Focus pads are worn like gloves and excel at boxing-style speed, accuracy and combination work. For full-power kicks, knees and elbows, step up to a forearm-strapped Thai pad — most coaching kits carry both.
Will these tire my arms out over long sessions?
That's what the medium size is for — lighter than a large pad, with the wrist cut-out and 5mm padding taking the sting out of repeated catches. The quick-dry lining and ventilation keep them comfortable round after round.
How do I look after them?
Wipe down with a damp cloth after sessions and air dry away from direct sun — the microfibre PU outer cleans easily and the perforations help the inner dry out between sessions.
