This urethane coated kettlebell is built for studios and home gyms that want a tough bell that's kind to floors. Each one has a cast iron core covered in an even layer of polyurethane, which absorbs shock, resists chips and scratches, and won't leave marks on studio flooring the way powder-coated or painted bells can.
An oversized polished chrome handle makes hand-to-hand transitions smooth for swings, cleans, snatches and presses. The bells are unbranded with clear KG markings, and come in ten weights from 4kg to 32kg so you can build a full set over time.

Why choose urethane over cast iron?
Urethane is kinder to floors and to the bells themselves. It absorbs impact, resists chipping and won't leave marks on studio flooring, which is why it's popular in PT studios and group fitness rooms.
What weight should I start with?
As a general guide, many women start with 8kg to 12kg and many men with 12kg to 16kg for swings and goblet squats, then move up as technique improves.
