Are these as good as traditional wraps?
They're quicker and easier, and give good support for bag work, pads and fitness boxing. For heavy sparring or fighters who want a fully custom wrap, traditional cotton hand wraps give more control over tightness.

Which size do I need?
Check the Size Guide tab. They should feel snug across the knuckles without cutting off circulation.

Can I wash them?
Yes. Fasten the strap and wash them in a laundry bag, then air dry.
