The Fitness Hero HD Modular Foam Plyo Box Set includes four boxes at 15cm, 30cm, 45cm and 60cm, crafted from high-density EPE foam and finished in durable non-slip PVC. The foam construction cushions every landing, reducing impact stress on feet, ankles, knees and hips — and when a jump goes wrong, you clip foam, not steel or timber.

Each box gives you a generous 90cm x 75cm landing platform with clearly defined landing zones, and the set Velcro-stacks into combined heights up to approximately 1.5m — use them individually, or build the exact height a session calls for.

Do the boxes move when stacked?
