The Foam Training Nunchaku by Fitness Hero is designed with an ultra-soft foam outer casing, equipped with high-speed ball bearings and a superior gripped surface to ensure the highest level of safety and practicality for your students during training.

Designed for practicing blocking and sticking techniques, these Foam Training Nunchaku have a foam surface that is easy to clean. With a length of 32cm and a chain length of 6.8cm, along with a handle diameter of 3cm, these lightweight 300 gr training weapons are suitable for both children and adults.
