The Fitness Hero Kids Foam Training Nunchaku lets junior students train safely and comfortably at full force. Thick EVA foam padding runs the full length of each handle, and the soft double-cord connection means no metal chain — the gentlest nunchaku in our range for young students learning strikes, blocks and flow.

At roughly 31cm per handle and only 150g, it's sized and weighted for smaller hands, finished with a gold dragon design on each handle, and the foam surface wipes clean between classes.
