Fitness Hero Kids Foam Training Nunchaku

Full-Length Foam Padding | Cord Connected | Gold Dragon Design

The Fitness Hero Kids Foam Training Nunchaku lets junior students train safely and comfortably at full force. Thick EVA foam padding runs the full length of each handle, and the soft double-cord connection means no metal chain — the gentlest nunchaku in our range for young students learning strikes, blocks and flow.

At roughly 31cm per handle and only 150g, it's sized and weighted for smaller hands, finished with a gold dragon design on each handle, and the foam surface wipes clean between classes.

FAQs

What makes this the kids' version?
It's cord-connected rather than chain-and-swivel, lighter at 150g, and padded with thick foam along the entire handle — the softest, most forgiving nunchaku in our range.

Cord or chain — which should a beginner start with?
Cord. A cord connection is quieter, softer on a missed catch and easier to control, which is exactly what you want while learning. Students typically move to a chain-and-swivel foam pair like our standard Foam Training Nunchaku once fundamentals are solid.

Can kids buy this themselves?
No — purchase is restricted to adults 18+, and training should always be under strict instructor supervision in a school or dojo environment.

How do I look after it?
Wipe the foam surface down with a damp cloth after use and store it away from direct sun to keep the foam soft.
