A 30mm gym floor is brilliant underfoot - and a trip hazard at its edges. The EPDM Transition Ramp finishes the exposed edges of your 30mm rubber flooring with a smooth bevelled slope from full tile height down to the subfloor, eliminating the step edge and giving your installation a clean, professional, compliant finish.

Made from the same commercial-grade EPDM rubber as our 30mm fleck tiles - in matching white fleck or grey fleck - each ramp is a 500mm length that clips directly onto the tile edge using the same plastic connecting clips as the tiles, and butts against neighbouring ramps for continuous runs of any length. The tapered profile lets barbells, trolleys, wheelchairs and equipment roll smoothly on and off the platform, and takes the same foot traffic and impact the tiles do.

Q: Which flooring does this ramp suit?
A: It's made for our 30mm EPDM fleck tiles - white fleck and grey fleck - with the ramp height matching the 30mm tile thickness exactly.

Q: How does it attach?
A: The ramp clips onto the tile edge using the same plastic connecting clips as the tiles - grab a Clip Pack (6) from the tile listing when ordering. For high-traffic edges that cop wheels and drag, adhesive can be added for extra hold.

Q: How many ramps do I need?
A: Each ramp is 500mm long, so you need 2 per metre of exposed tile edge. Measure the edges you want to finish and double the metre count.

Q: Does the colour match the tiles?
A: Yes - the ramps use the same EPDM material and fleck as the tiles, so white fleck ramps match white fleck tiles and grey matches grey.

Q: Can wheeled equipment roll over it?
A: Yes - the bevelled profile is designed for exactly that: barbells, trolleys, wheelchairs and equipment roll smoothly between floor and tile height.
