The EPDM Grey Fleck Rubber Gym Flooring - 1m x 0.5m x 30mm delivers premium performance and durability for high-impact training environments. Fire Tested & Certified

These tiles have been independently tested to EN 13501-1:2018 fire safety standards by SGS, achieving a fire classification of Efl - indicating limited flame spread and low ignitability. This makes them suitable and compliant for commercial gym environments. Certification available upon request.

Installation Tips

1. Prepare the area: ensure the subfloor is clean, dry and free of dust or debris
2. Lay the tiles: start from one corner and butt each 1m x 0.5m tile tightly against the last in a brick-bond or grid pattern
3. Clip together: link neighbouring tiles with the plastic connecting clips for a locked, gapless floor that can still be lifted and relaid - allow one Clip Pack (6) per square metre
4. Cut to size: for edges and corners, cut tiles with a sharp utility knife and straight edge
5. Secure if required: for commercial spaces and high-traffic areas, adhesive or double-sided flooring tape can be added for extra stability
6. Finish the edges: clip matching EPDM transition ramps onto exposed edges to remove the 30mm trip step and let equipment roll on and off
