How much floor space do I need?
Assembled it measures 159.6cm long x 174cm wide x 97cm high — see the dimensions diagram in the product images. Allow clear space either side for loading plates and for users to enter and exit. Contact us for a free layout plan for your space.

Can this machine be used both seated and standing?
Yes — it's designed to work in either position, so you can vary the exercise and target muscles differently depending on your program.

What weight plates does it use?
Standard 2" (50mm) Olympic plates. Plates are not included — browse our Olympic weight plates and we'll freight everything together.

What's the maximum load capacity?
Rated to 150kg of plate loading.

Is this suitable for a home gym, or only commercial facilities?
