Commercial Boxing Bag Rail [Single] - Wall Mounted

Commercial Boxing Bag Rail [Single] - Wall Mounted

Over 30kg of High-Strength Steel. Slide Out to Train. Slide Back to Clear the Floor.

This is not a lightweight bracket - the Commercial Boxing Bag Rail is a 30.6kg piece of structural-grade hardware, built from Q235 high-strength steel and engineered to shrug off years of full-power sessions. The heavy gusseted wall plate spreads load across the mounting surface, the box-section rail arm resists flex under swing, and the whole assembly is rated to 300kg - roughly four times the weight of a fully filled 6ft Muay Thai bag.

The premium touch is the 1-metre sliding rail system: your bag rides a spring-assisted locking trolley with a pull-strap release, gliding out into the training zone when it's go time and back flush against the wall when you're done - reclaiming your floor space completely. The swivel hanger eye gives full 360-degree bag rotation under strikes, and heavy-duty dynabolts are included for masonry installation.

Commercial engineering, zero footprint - a full boxing station that disappears when you're done.

Key Features

• Structural-grade build - 30.6kg of Q235 high-strength steel, built like site equipment, not home-gym tube
• 300kg load capacity - carries any punching bag with a massive safety margin
• 1m sliding rail arm - glide the bag out to train, back to the wall to clear the floor
• Heavy gusseted wall plate - 310mm x 200mm plate spreads load across the mounting surface for rock-solid anchoring
• Spring-assisted locking trolley - pull-strap release for controlled sliding
• Swivel hanger eye - full 360-degree bag rotation
• Dynabolts included - heavy-duty masonry anchors supplied in the box
• Space-saving design - ideal for commercial gyms, garages, studios and multi-use training areas
• Matte black commercial finish - suits any gym fit-out

Installation - Important

This rail must be installed by a licensed contractor and securely bolted to a structurally suitable wall before use. Equipment that is not securely anchored is not safe.

• Heavy-duty dynabolts are included - install in accordance with the anchor recommendations, and never substitute timber screws or plastic plugs
• The wall plate measures 310mm x 200mm with 26mm x 16.5mm anchor slots - your installer can prepare fixings to suit before mounting
• The manufacturer specifies a 2.6m rail height from the floor for correct bag clearance
• The customer is responsible for determining the suitability of the installation site - wall construction, equipment weight, vibration, overhead clearance and workout activity must all be considered
• Concrete walls should have a rated strength of at least 4,000psi

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: Which punching bags will this rail hold?
A: Any bag in our range - the 300kg capacity comfortably carries everything from a 4ft Onyx bag through to a fully filled 6ft Muay Thai bag.

Q: What makes this heavy duty compared to cheaper brackets?
A: Weight and steel. At 30.6kg of Q235 structural steel with a gusseted wall plate and box-section rail arm, this is commercial-site hardware - most budget brackets weigh under 10kg and flex under a swinging bag. The 300kg rating speaks for itself.

Q: How does the sliding system work?
A: The bag hangs from a trolley that runs along the 1m rail. A spring-assisted lock with a pull-strap release lets you slide the bag out into your training zone, then push it back flush against the wall after your session - clearing the floor completely.

Q: Does the bag swivel during training?
A: Yes - the trolley's swivel hanger eye allows full 360-degree bag rotation under strikes.

Q: Are fixings included?
A: Yes - heavy-duty dynabolts for masonry installation come in the box. Your installer should still confirm they suit your specific wall construction.

Q: Can I mount this to any wall?
A: No - it must go onto a structurally sound wall (solid masonry or concrete is ideal, or engineered fixing to structural steel/timber) and be installed by a licensed contractor. See the installation notes above.

Q: What if I can't mount to a wall?
A: Go free-standing instead - our floor-mounted Single Boxing Bag Stand and Double Boxing Bag Stand hold your bags without touching a wall.

Q: Are bag chains included?
A: The rail includes the sliding trolley with swivel hanger. Bag straps or chains come with your bag (all Onyx bags include hanging straps).
