The Fitness Hero 3-in-1 High Density Foam Plyo Box is engineered with safety first. Where a missed jump on a wooden or metal box means torn shins, dense multi-layered foam absorbs the mistake and lets you get straight back to work — which is exactly why foam boxes have taken over functional training floors.

One box gives you three working heights: stand it on a different face for 50cm, 60cm or 75cm, and progress from step-ups and box squats through to full-height box jumps without buying more gear. The premium PVC lining keeps the platform grippy and wipe-clean through commercial use, and at around 30kg the box moves easily between stations while staying planted when you land on it.

Why foam instead of a wooden or metal plyo box?
One reason: missed jumps. Clip a wooden box mid-set and you're bleeding; clip this one and you bounce off foam. That safety margin is why foam boxes are now standard on group training and CrossFit-style floors.

How do the three heights work?
Each face of the box is a different dimension — stand it on its side for 50cm, its end for 60cm, or its base for 75cm. No tools, no adjustment — just flip it.

Will it slide when I jump on it?
At roughly 30kg with a wide footprint, the box stays planted under normal box jump and step-up use on gym flooring.
