Yes. The initial consultation and a concept floor plan are provided at no cost and with no obligation to buy. If you go ahead with a fitout, that plan becomes the working document your Fitness Hero specialist and installer use.
The essentials are your room dimensions or a rough sketch, ceiling height, any fixed obstacles such as columns or windows, the training styles you want to support, and your budget range. Photos of the empty space help, but aren't required to get started.
A 2D plan is a scaled, top-down layout showing exact equipment placement, walkways and clearances — the version installers build from. A 3D render turns that layout into a realistic view of the finished space, so you can see materials, colours and sightlines before anything is ordered.
A first concept 2D layout is typically ready within a few business days of your consultation. A full 3D render with revisions usually adds another one to two weeks, depending on the size of the space and how many rounds of changes are needed.
Yes. The same design process applies to a single-car garage conversion, a spare room, or a full commercial fitout — the team scales the plan and equipment recommendations to the space and budget you have.
No. The design is yours to keep and use however you like. Most people do go on to fit the space out with Fitness Hero because the plan is built around the equipment sizes and specs the team already carries, but there's no obligation.
